BCG Land is currently focusing on investing in high-end residential & urban real estate, resort real estate and industrial park real estate in prime locations across the country.

Residential and Urban Real Estate: BCG Land develops projects with unique architecture and environmentally friendly materials to create classy, luxurious living spaces, contributing to development and changing the appearance local urban area

Resort Real Estate: BCG Land always has a vision of developing sustainable Resort Real Estate projects from design phase to operation phase. BCG Land's projects aim to use renewable energy, use environmentally friendly materials, and combine with local culture to carry out activities that bring unique experiences to visitors and minimize impact on the natural ecosystem.

Industrial Park Estate: Along with the recent shift in the global supply chain, Industrial Park Real Estate promises to become a promising field. • In 2018: Established BCG Land, focusing on Real Estate, Charter Capital: $26 million

• Grand Opening of Casa Marina Resort in Ghenh Rang, Quy Nhon

• Groundbreaking of Malibu HoiAn in Dien Ban, Quang Nam

• Groundbreaking of King Crown Village phase 1 in Thao Dien, Thu Duc City

• Groundbreaking of Casa Marina Premium with scale of 160 seaview hill-villas in Ghenh Rang, Quy Nhon

• Groundbreaking of King Crown Infinity with scale of 724 high-end apartments, commercial & office center in the central of Thu Duc City.

2021-2022

Strong Moving Forward

• 2022: Increased charter capital to $192 million

• Groundbreaking of: Hoian d’Or eco-resort urban city in Cam Nam, Hoi An City and Casa Marina Mui Ne resort in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan

• Handing-over King Crown Village (Phase 1)

• Business Expanding: Opening BCG Land Office Building in An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City

Mr. Hung is one of the co-founders of BCG Land Joint Stock Company and also holds many key positions in the BCG Group ecosystem such as Vice Chairman and Deputy CEO of BCG Group and Chairman of Transport and Industrial Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRACODI) – (HOSE:TCD). From December 2023, he has been appointed as CEO of BCG Land.

Mr. Hung has extensive expertise in the field of project management. With his experience, the BCG ecosystem has a very diverse investment portfolio from infrastructure, real estate to renewable energy.

Mr. Hung received his B.A of English Linguistics from Ho Chi Minh University of Social Sciences and Humanities and B.A in Corporate Finance from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics

Mr. Nghia has many years working in the real estate business. He used to work at CFLD Vietnam, and Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company. He was appointed as the Deputy CEO cum COO of BCG Land Joint Stock Company in November 2023.

Deputy Director cum CFO

Mr. Quoc has many years working in corporate finance of real estate sector. He has joined Bamboo Capital Group in 2021 and bearing overall responsibility for finance and accounting of the Group. He was appointed Deputy CEO and CFO of BCG Land Joint Stock Company in October 2023.

Mr. Quoc graduated with a Bachelor's degree, majoring in Accounting - Auditing and Economic Law at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Thuy was appointed Deputy CEO in charge of Construction of BCG Land in August 2024. Mr. Thuy has over 10 years of management experience in the field of construction of traffic works, infrastructure, civil works, water & wasted water processing plants and seaport works. He has held key positions at construction corporations.

Ms. Thao has many years of experience in the field of accounting and auditing. She was appointed as BCG Land JSC's Chief Accountant in November, 2021

Currently, she holds many positions at companies such as: Member of the Supervisory Board of Transport and Industrial Development Investment JSC, Member of the Board of Directors of Sao Sang Saigon JSC, Member of the Board of Casa Marina Resort Tourism JSC…

She graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting - Auditing, a Bachelor of Economic Law and a Vietnamese Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
